Founder and President: Javier Rice
Javier Rice learned construction and contract management during his summers in eastern Oregon, building roads and dams that provided water and power to a newly developing town.
Those projects taught him the importance of doing things correctly—from starting right with careful excavation and responsible demolition all the way to meticulous finishing. He also learned surveying, design planning, building construction, and interior finishing. The work was incredibly satisfying and sparked his passion for working with his hands. Not only was he able to produce projects of value for the community, he had the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people.
Javier brings this same spirit of care and collaboration to his residential construction projects today. He recognizes that home building and remodeling is personal so he ensures that his projects create a positive experience for everyone involved. He employs highly skilled professionals who are also family oriented and bring the greatest integrity to their work.
He coordinates closely with architects, designers, and engineers to bring the homeowner's vision to life. Attention to detail is critical. He believes in delivering a finished product that brings joy and satisfaction to the client and their family for years to come.
